Who we are
jmochi is an AI character chat platform on Telegram, run by an independent individual operator and made available internationally rather than through a single registered company. Contact us at [email protected].
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use jmochi. By using jmochi and confirming your age in the bot or Mini App, you represent that you meet this requirement. jmochi is not directed at or intended for minors, and its character catalog includes fictional adult content.
The service
jmochi lets you chat with AI-generated characters through Telegram bots, and lets creators build, publish, and monetize their own characters. Every character and every reply is generated by an AI model and is entirely fictional — characters are not real people, do not have real feelings, and jmochi does not represent them as such.
Your account
Your jmochi account is tied to your Telegram account. We do not offer separate account creation, passwords, or password recovery outside of Telegram.
Stars, purchases and refunds
All paid features are purchased exclusively with Telegram Stars, in line with Telegram's own platform rules for bots. Star purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or through Telegram's own payment-dispute process (available via Telegram support). jmochi does not process card payments or store payment details directly — all payment handling is performed by Telegram, which may retain its own share of each purchase under its Stars Terms of Service.
Creator terms
Creators may publish characters and earn a share of the platform revenue those characters generate, as described in-app. Payouts are made periodically in Telegram Stars once a minimum threshold is met. We may adjust revenue-share tiers or payout thresholds, or withhold payouts for characters that violate these Terms. Creators are responsible for ensuring the characters they publish comply with the Prohibited Content section below.
Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to use jmochi to create, request, or publish: content sexualizing minors in any way; non-consensual sexual content or content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent (including “deepfake”-style requests); content promoting violence, self-harm, hate, or harassment; illegal content; or content that infringes a third party's rights. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts, and where required report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review reported characters and conversations, remove or unpublish characters, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Creators retain ownership of the original character concepts they write, subject to a license granting jmochi the right to host, generate responses from, and display those characters on the platform. AI-generated text, images, and voice output are provided “as is.”
Disclaimers
jmochi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Chatting with an AI character is entertainment and companionship, not professional advice — jmochi is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health support. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jmochi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using jmochi at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of jmochi after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
jmochi is offered to users internationally, and we don't designate a single exclusive jurisdiction or court for disputes. If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly ([email protected]). If your own country's consumer-protection law grants you rights that these Terms cannot limit, this section does not take those rights away.
